Jimmy was an kind and amazing host, the place is well located close to old town but yet in a quiet area, the room was very nice and clean, they have good affordable breakfast options.
We stayed only 1 night unfortunately when we wanted to come back the place was full.

One of the best places we've stayed on our 5 month trip. Absolutely gorgeous flat with such lovely decor, comfortable bed and lovely views over Chiang Mai.
Paapu was a star! She was super helpful for local tips and a lovely host all round. The other Paapu has the best breakfast in town, highly recommended it. Only a 2 minute walk from Paapu next door.
We LOVED it here, so much so we stayed another night in a different flat which was as gorgeous as the first.
Close to town and restaurants. Next to some hostels and bars which is good for a drink in the evening.

Exceptional host who is constantly in touch with you and communicates well. We were a family of 5, and had the top floor rooms. It's like a mini apartment and microwave and fridge and sink. Ned is huge and 3 of us slept in the same bed. Walking distance to a mini street market where we ate finger food.
No breakfast was provided but she left some bread, fruits and local sweet stuff for us

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel due to limited reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance. The experience turned out to be fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and providing complimentary water bottles. During my stay, the hotel was mostly empty, giving me the opportunity to have the entire space to myself. What I particularly liked was the fully equipped kitchen available for guest use, which is a rare thing to find in Chiang Mai. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

A large and spacious house in an excellent and safe location. Close to the airport, and to many malls, and many tourist attractions. There is a big supermarket very close. The rooms are large, there is a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with all needs, cold air conditioning, hot water in the bathroom, and a clothes iron. The owner of the house is very nice and helpful. She responds to WhatsApp immediately and provided me and my family with wonderful support and made our stay easy and wonderful. The owner of the house makes sure to provide drinking water, tea, coffee, various fruits, cakes, and many wonderful services daily for free.

It is just 100 meters from the Thapae Gate and the Sunday night market. All restaurants, shops are very close. The room is very clean and you get everyday toilet paper and water. Good hot shower. Helpful at the reception.
