The property is beautifully clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff is very kind. Excellent hotel location, near many stores and Thapae gate. We appreciated the breakfast that was included and free refilled water bottles! We would totally come back for another visit and recommend it!

I was impressed with the stuff, his name was Lex. He is very nice. I have no plans where I wanted to go but he was introduced by the amazing places in Chiang Mai and also given me a lot of information about places that I was interested in. The service and staff were impeccable. The grounds, quiet ambiance, and secluded corner of the city were priceless. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time. The small details really added up: Beautiful upkeep of the grounds, rooms, and spaces. The entire place smells of soft jasmine, even the towels. Nightly turn downs with little treasures to enjoy. The pool has shade, sun, and not overly chlorinated. Bikes, unbreallas, tours. They have it all. It is a wonderful peacful escape for adults to enjoy quiet comfort. We will be visiting again without a doubt.

The 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment was very clean, well lit, and nicely decorated. The owner provided all of the amenities, including towels and washing supplies. The apartment was well secured and located in a pleasant area with restaurants and convenience stores. Swimming pool on top level, and Cafe and nail salon on ground level were extra convenient.

A very spacious and clean apartment with great sunlight and vibes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great as well with the Chiang Mai night bazaar only 5-10 minutes via car.
We even had an early flight so they let us wait in the lobby and helped us throughout. Highly recommended!!
