The stuff was all professional and nice, and always tried to help. The hotel itself is in the center of the city, next to the biggest shopping mall in the city, the rooms are spacious and nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel has the best bath robes that I ever experienced. One of the reasons I go to this hotel is to purchase a couple of new robes for my home.

Booked this hotel for my partners 30th birthday as the first stop on a trip in Thailand. It was the perfect start to our 2 month long trip! On arrival after an extremely long journey we were greeted by friendly faces who helped us with our bags and a complimentary drink. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was clean and homely. The breakfast was AMAZING with so much choice and variety. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Service staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were checked in fast and the staff at Club Access (17th floor) was prompt and efficient, especially Mr Boy, who was attentive to our needs.

From the location, all the staff was amazing and helpful, the lounge was a great deal for us, the Sirocco 5 course restaurant was the best experience I had in my life. The balcony in the room is opened on request, that view was wow. We stayed in floor 52. Toiletries were Balmain, room was massive, a whole apartment.
The breakfast was very unique and different every day so it was an opportunity to try different things that we would usually not have at breakfast time.
