The staff were kind and helpful. Our room felt a little humid despite the AC blasting. I informed them and they were trying to restart it but it wasn’t working. They offered to switch us rooms since it was late at night and the electrical engineer would arrive early morning but it wasn’t that necessary. But I’m so happy how quickly they were on top of it.
