The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were cozy and we enjoyed complete silence at night. Great amenities - the mini bar was complementary and always full and we got a new watter bottle everyday. They also changed the towels and cleaned the rooms daily. The breakfest has all the essentials you need and they always ask if you want an omelette or fried eggs that are not on display. Also, the bar was a very nice surprise - order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!

The staff - Joana was so helpful! She helped me to book my train ticket to Porto, give me suggestions on what to do, where to go and places to eat. The same with her colleagues, all were lovely. They suggested places to eat and it was great! It has given me an awesome impression on the Portuguese people! The location was superb - everything was accessible by foot within the Alfama area.

The apartment is located in the heart of Alfama very close to bars and restaurants. Within a walking distance to the metro station and buses. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and modern with friendly hosts who are always ready to help you with a piece of advice where to go and how to move around Lisbon. The lift is a big advantage. Definitely recommended!

Staying at the old city has its own magic; narrow streets and cosy atmosphere. Aleksander is a generous host . The apartment, though small, has all facilities with necessary supplies like detergents and clean towels. He provides a fan but could be humid on hot days. I believe he has done his best to make our stay comfortable. Also make sure to write Fado museum for the nearest vehicle accessible location.

The hotel is located in the middle of Alfama neighborhood. The room was comfortable spacious and clean. There is 24 hour desk service and the staff is very helpful. The famous tram 28 passes right outside the hotel. There is a neighborhood tiny market within walking distance and tons of restaurants and cafes. Very close to the nice viewpoints. Little noise from "party people" during the night.

We go the apartment in the same building as reception. This was a perfect location and was about 20 mins or so walking distance to city centre. Literally outside of your doorstep you have a selection of food places to see and eat. You get to experience the real life of people in Lisbon. Just people watching from the balcony and listening to the church bell ring could not be more authentic. Fabio and the rest of the staff were always helpful and greet you with warm greetings.
