Dana was always helpful whenever I needed even though she was not always around the accomodation. The dining room and the kitechen in the accomodation were very organized and clean. The neighbourhood was easy to access and there were many places to buy groceries and to eat.

very comfortable and perfect location, the interior design is very comfortable for the eye, materials used have good quality. Too bad i discovered only too late they have an excellent restaurant for lunches or dinner, not mentioning the outstanding breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly in providing support and provided different suggestions. We stayed 9 nights and for sure will go back visiting Lima.

Location : safe area, walking distance from different nice restaurants, parks. Calm : although it is close to the busy streets it is very calm. We had good nights sleep Friendliness of the staff : they are very accommodating. Since the first day they showed us what to visit in the area and other areas. They were always available at every hour. The nice warm showers : when reading comments about other hotels, I noticed that plenty of them do not have or have little hot water. Well in la luna you can have nice hot showers. Breakfast à la carte was included

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and you could order omelettes, etc. Staff at front desk and in restaurant were very friendly and helpful. And genuinely interested in if we enjoyed our visit.
