It is very well located, accesible by a short tram journey o by walking from Rotterdam Centraal. It was clean, nicely decorated and with good amenities including espresso coffee machine, kettle and tea bags. Iron and hair dryer. The staff was super friendly.

Great location next to river. Very close to cruise port.Tram stop very close. Nice restaurant and bar. Other restaurants close by. Lovely spacious room with view on river. There is a lift. Coffee machine in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have to mention Tanya at reception going the extra mile with great, friendly service and kind assistance.

Very hospitable, compliant and naturaly friendly personnel. Very comfy and clean big room with writing table and lockers, good beds that doesn't screak. Everything is build and equiped by philosophy "give much more than is necessery". By far the best hostel I've ever been, even better than some classical "room for one" hotels.
