Clean, big room. Loved the backyard view - in warmer months it would be even nicer :) Staff was friendly, coffee/tea/fruit available for Guests. Nice and cozy. Easy self check-in. Very efficient communication with the front desk pre-arrival.

Everything. Alex is a little gem at a great location in Maastricht. We stayed in one on the smaller rooms which was very comfortable, bright, and spotless clean. Breakfast is super and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

I liked everything. The hotel is really close to the central station and the city center, and there are markets and stores around. Everything very clean and comfortable, free wifi as well. The staff is completely dedicated to the guests, we were never so well taken care of in any other place we stayed! My mother had an injury and couldn't walk and the receptionists and owner did everything they could to get us to the hospital and helped us when we arrived. We felt like home. There is a nice restaurant downstairs where you can get delicious meals for the best price in town. It's a place to come back, thank you so much 🩷
