Absolutely AMAZING staff...especially Louis he Surprised my daughter with a cake for her birthday...THANK YOU LOUIS. He won our hearts. But the staff as a whole were super. Facilities are well maintained. Excellent location also!

I loved the area. The pool was amazing. The guards there did and amazing job. It is definitely a new facility. I will be coming back to Aldea Zama because of the great experience I had at this particular place.

First off, Danny the owner and Nico at the front desk, were extremely accommodating with advising me on how to get around and things to do. I liked the ultra modern urban feel the place had. It was just the right size and I very much enjoyed the deck and plunge pool. The neighborhood is very safe and probably the best in Tulum with many restaurants and cafes to choose from. There's a beautiful park nearby as well. Mex to Go bike and scooter rental is right behind the building and Ashley, or Alena will take very good care of you. I don't think I could have picked a place!
