This was a great hotel to stay and explore Guadalajara for some days. Their driver waited for me while my flight was delayed and was very helpful. The reception despite late hours was very accommodating and friendly. They gave me a room to the inside, which at first seemed uncomfortable but turned out to be the most quiet one due to outside discotheques. The reception and concierges were excellent, advised well on safety matters and helped organising a day tour. Breakfast in the adjusting restaurant was quiet and tasty.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities. The a la carte breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The location was convenient for sightseeing.
