Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

Staff are really very helpful and very professional and ready to assist always. Location at the center within a walking distance from several attractions and nearby public transportion. Food was really good recommend eating lunch at the restaurant. Excellent choice in Macau.

The hotel location is excellent as most tourist spots are within reasonable walking distance. The breakfast selection was really good and the Rendezvous Bar was quite a nice place to relax at after a busy day. Rose and Jeremy are awesome in their jobs and very welcoming and helpful. Vinny from the reception was very helpful providing all the tips for a weekend city exploration. I would definitely stay again.
