The hotel has a passageway for people arriving by public transportation that allows you to get from the bus stop directly to the reception. This makes it extremely convenient because there is a bus stop right at the end of the passageway with buses passing by at all hours of the day. The room I was given is extremely spacious and had a balcony with a direct view to the beach, and a bathtub. The rural location of the hotel is very quiet and has a low light (compared to Taipa and other areas in Macau) which means at night you could rest and hear the waves at the beach. Very enjoyable experience.

I took my parents on a getaway from busy city life, and this was the perfect themed hotel for them! Beautiful hotel with an amazing, attentive, courteous staff. Great value for wonderful luxury. Everything was absolutley perfect. The young concierge was really helpful. We also received amazing service from butlers Romello and Felix. Housekeeping was fantastic. The room was beautiful and huge.

service and the staff themselves are top notch. I came with my mom and they raised the room rating and it was something cool.... and the room is super with a mini bar with a full-screen TV and Byredo cosmetics. I recommend and will come again, thanks for the real quality and service. My mom liked the bed and how nice it was to sleep!!
