The hotel was excellent as usual. The support staff is amazing. We forgot our phone in the hotel. The staff went through the trouble of finding it and making it back to us.

The hotel is huge. Located right on the strip. Huge rooms. Super clean. Amenities inside. Free shuttles to many places. Close to other nice hotels for entertainment (walkable).

Very good location but without any signboard telling the shopping complex and food around until the last day I explore the left side of the building only then I find a lot of shopping lots and cafe around the hotel building. Please put more sign and advertisement to show the people/visitors around your hotel buildings.

The good location from the ferry terminal - takes 5 minutes to get on foot with 2 pieces of luggage (with escalators and lifts). The staff made good hospitality. The room was quite spacious with beautiful view in the harbour. Special words needs the huge bath.
