The personnel was extremely professional and with a touch of a personal attitude, I am very grateful for that. The room/the building and atmosphere inside/outside are very elegant. Restaurant and its branch with its cuisine from around the world were excellent. I can imagine my gastronomical satisfaction if I would visit the restaurant for a dinner, but unfortunately I had other plans.

Excellent service, personal is attentive to all even small issues, very helpful! (All personal speak Russian). Amazing, tasty breakfast! Excellent central and quiet location! The place is in a very good location close to the center witha great view on the second floor. The rooms are very beautiful as well as the terrace! We took two rooms in the same building and it was a great idea ( of the host :) it really elevates the experience of a family vacation to live in the same building but on different floors (a couple with a child on the second floor and granny on the first).
