Great location. Across from Galle Face Park and coastal walk, internal entrance to Galle Face Mall which offers food and many shopping options. Pool facilities and Spa on L4 fabulous. Water and fruit nibbles offered at pool free to assist with hydration on very hot days was a lovely touch. Attentive, helpful and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Little things like our Towels being refreshed twice on our first day as we had arrived early and showered on arrival. Gorgeous little boutique hotel tucked away and so private. Easy walking distance to the beach, train station and to Galle road. I love Mount Lavinia for being so close to Colombo to explore but much quieter and more peaceful. The staff working there could not have been more helpful, they made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating. It’s a truly beautiful property. The breakfast was superb. Having lived in Colombo many years ago it was so wonderful to be back, to reminisce and have wonderful egg hoppers again! I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to escape the bustle of the city as you can easily jump in a tuk tuk and be in the centre in 30 mins yet can return to the peace and quiet.

We travelled to Colombo for business purposes and a series of meetings. On check-in, we were upgraded to a suite due to the duration of our stay. The staff was really kind (especially with our kid). The room was nice and clean. It was close to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants and a Cargill supermarket close to it. The staff helped us to organize our transfer to Willpattu. We enjoyed the roof pool. The breakfast was exceptional.
