The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were able to get us a baby cot in our room quickly. The last time we stayed at Fairway in October there was some construction in the lobby, however now the construction is all finished and everything was clean and quiet again. Highly recommend if you need to stay in Colombo Fort area or near One Galle Face.
