Dolphin upgraded me to a suite for free! The room was beautiful and I was very relaxed after a stressful travel day. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. There was a free shuttle to the airport upon departure.

I have stayed at many hotels in Kuwait City and this is by far my favorite. The staff are exceptional and go the extra mile to ensure the guest is taken care of. The food is excellent and the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym exactly what I needed. The rooms were big, comfortable, and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.
