If you are looking for a place with nothing then flush green hills around this is the place to go. We had a room in the annex with privat onsen. The room was well equipped and for two people very spacious. The privat onsen was just perfect after a day of exploring the region or for a relaxing dip before breakfast. Btw, be sure to add the delicious japanese style breakfast when you arrive! For 1200 yen per person and night this is an absolute bargain! Staff was so nice, we had an amazing stay. It's a traditional japanese inn, don't expect a 5* hotel here!

Great location. Walk distance to the station as well as the famous walking street of Yufuin. Value for money regards on dinner & breakfast. It was exactly a fantastic experience in Japan together with Onsen bathing.
