The front desk helped me a lot during my stay. She even slipped a letter under my door explaining how to get to platform 10 at the main station. She was very nice to me. Even though she couldn’t answer my question at the desk, she made sure I wouldn’t get lost, which was very kind of her.

First, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are nice. You can also get an English service too for those who can't speak Japanese. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The prices are good too. However, you have to use Booking.com for great deals. Overall, our stay at this hotel was incredible and we had a very relaxed and nice time. The hotel has a workable distance from the station. It's also well-situated to visit nearby places. I think security is great. You can also have an affordable body massage and a theater to watch movies.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️
