The staff were really friendly and they tried to help you. I asked to change my room as it was not like the photos that I booked via booking.com and they accepted it. The hotel itself was a new hotel (one year old) so everything was perfect and clean. The view was really nice both from the room and also the view of the lobby! The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended.

Everything in the place was 5-star staff was wondering. I would stay there again. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The food was excellent. All of the staff was wonderful and respectful. Very helpful as well. The bathtub. In my room was large enough for me to lie down comfortably I'm 6 foot 6 inch

Christmas atmosphere and breakfast was great. Staff job requirement is to be friendly but the staff went out of their way to make sure you are happy with the service.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, staff is extremely friendly and genuine, the views from our room were amazing! This was the nicest hotel my family has ever stayed at! I don’t know how we managed to get a room on the 16th floor with access to the Club Lounge, but I highly recommend it if you are able to book into a similar room.
