Location was perfect. Train/subway stations were within walking distance and buses were easily accessible. Restaurants and convenience stores close by. Visited many Yokohama attractions. Ride to Central Tokyo and other locations (Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Setagaya) took some time, but it was manageable.
Public spa was a plus.

Very clean. Across the street from Kannai station and Exit 7 which has an elevator . Nice and friendly staff. Helpful. Allowed for luggage storage. Two elevators which made it quick to leave and return.
