The room was very nice and comfortable, like all the building. Very appreciated the onsen. The owners were so nice and friendly, we had dinner and breakfast there and it was fantastic. Near to the monkey snow park. Highly recomended.

Really nice and friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Generous breakfasts and dinners with daily changing menues - the wagyu meat was especially good! Private spa with finnish sauna, steam bath, onsen water, cold bath, outside area and even a massage seat and included drinks was bookable for a small fee. Free coffee and tea available in the lounge (tea also in the room). Convenient shuttle service to the train station.

Best hotel stay of our trip. Akira went above and beyond the whole stay with lifts to and from the monkey park and the train station. His whole family were so welcoming, it felt like coming to stay with your own family. Beautiful rooms and wonderful food. The private onsen was very pleasant and allowed couples to bath together unlike the public baths. The location was very convenient for access to the public onsen also with numbers 1 and 2 only 100 meters or so away. The Japanese breakfast and dinner included with the room was excellent with very attentive and personal service.
