First class accommodations in the middle of the Ginza shopping district. Everything exceeded my expectations - the design of the hotel is very classy and the room is actually very spacious compared to Tokyo standards. The salon at the lobby is also a good work space if you need to catch up on emails or have a quiet meeting before checking in to the room, and they have a library where you can read on design and art books while sipping on a latte. Of course, having several levels of Muji store downstairs is very convenient, you don't even have to bring anything - all the free amenities are Muji brand, even the slippers are very comfy, not the standard paper thin hotel slippers. It is also a couple of blocks away from the main Ginza shopping area - highly recommended place to stay if you are a fan of good design and shopping

The view from the room as well as from the lobby was amazing! A very comfortable room and a stylish hotel all in all. A very clean and modern hotel and a friendly classy staff. Good location- close to several train stations, restaurant areas, Ginza and beautiful parks. Breakfast was high qaulity.

Spacious and clean rooms, huge bed for Japan. Complete in-room ameneties. Snacks and drinks available to all guests till 10PM. Great location just far enough away from the main shopping street so street noise is kept to a minimum. Close to the station. Staff helpful and courteous. Perfect stay.

The hotel was excellent with respect to its five star facilities, cleanliness, fantastic bathrooms & very centrally located ,close to the Ginza area. Right next to the hotel there is a Family mart and Lawson department store diagonally opposite it which made it very convenient for picking up mineral water , breakfast on the go and for us to grab a quick bite after a late night arrival into Tokyo. Also around the corner is a McDonalds and 7-Eleven ! The hotels location is a great place to use as base to explore Tokyo in all directions as it is very central and we got around with Taxis very easily to explore the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly and were easy to converse with in English. We had a great stay and definitely want to go back !

The hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, super clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, in Ginza, surrounded by shops, restaurants and transport. The best part about this hotel is the staff. From the front door to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping teams and everyone else. They are all so friendly, helpful and make you feel like a princess. Breakfast is delicious, beautiful restaurant, cozy and lot’s of options. Loved it!

Brilliant room with Japanese style drawing space, alongside comfortable bedspace. Washroom was spacious too. Clean and beautiful with a little balcony to ourselves as well. We loved it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the middle of Ginza. Modern and sparkling clean. Great beds and amenities. Lovely lounge at the second floor where you can hang out, have a drink and even heat your food in the microwave oven. Family Mart just outside the hotel and a 7/11 a few blocks further down the street. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. Close to many trains and subways. Would love to stay at this hotel again.
