The hotel is super fantastic and worth to stay. The hotel staff are very polite and can speak good english. The facilities are super, out of my expectations. Room are big and clean. Love the private outdoor onsen so much, the public onsen is very good too. Luckily we stay for 2 nights to enjoy the stay.

Location is perfectly close to Hirayu bus station. Very large room compared to other facility in Japan. Private onsen available if noone is using. Great services including abundant Japanese breakfast. Besides hotel onsen, you also get free voucher to use public onsen near by, which usually costs 700 yen per person. It is a hotel where the owner takes good care of and pays attention to details. Good restaurants near by in case you want to have more options

Stayed here after hiking in Kamikochi. Incredible value for money. We used the private outdoor baths multiple times and they were really nice. The room and staff were lovely as well!

Located in a national park, the Ryokan is surrounded by nature. It's so spacious, and offers so many beautiful common areas guests can use. The spa facilities are exceptional, especially the outdoor spas, absolutely beautiful! The meals that included in the room fare are way beyond our expectations. They really care for the guests and cook with arts. We feel really pampered by the foods, the restaurant environment and the service. Our room is spacious and well serviced. We had a such great time at the Okada Ryokan Warakutei, and definitely will come back later!

Outstanding stay, the rooms are very traditional and have their own onsen. Besides the facility has 2 private onsen. The dinner was itself a great experience, on a private table, everything was delicious and the service was excellent
