Spacious, well connected to the metro train (with elevator for moving luggage easily), to Susukino and to airport limo buses. We ended up walking back from Susukino most nights. The rooms and beds were comfy. The tv came with a Amazon Firestick so streaming was easy. There was a parking structure next door and the host provides a parking pass so those wanting to rent a vehicle and get out of the city can come back and not look and pay for parking.

My family and i had a wonderful time staying at this rental. The place was big enough to accommodate our group of 9 adults and 2 kids. The common area was where we liked to hang around as there was space for everyone to do their own thing during our down time from all of the sightseeing. The kitchen had all of the basic tools to do some home cooking. The rental was also well-heated with several heaters sprinkled throughout the house. And when a couple of the heaters ran out of gas, our host was kind enough to drop a visit and refill the tanks.
Another good thing about the rental was its location - close enough to Susukino where the action is (just 3 tram stops away), but nestled in a laidback side of the city. And as advertised, there was a nearby drugstore, 7-11, and Seicomart - perfect for any quick meal runs at any time of the day.

The property has its home-like surroundings. It’s quiet and seems far away from the busy downtown, but it’s not. If not for the slippery, snowy roads, we would have enjoyed the walk from this hotel to downtown. The place is clean and has everything you need personally. The Staff we encountered were mostly polite and kind. Some can’t speak English, but body language shows kindness and respect.
