The location was fantastic. It was close to a lot facilities (malls, shops, restaurants, convenience stores) and easy access to the metro. A lot of tourist attractions are also within walking distance.

Location-wise, there are a few station around, but the closest one is 7 mins walk (Tenmabashi station - purple line). It's also only 15 mins walk to Osaka castle, so we took a little walk there on the first day while waiting for check-in time. The hotel itself is right by the river, so it's a lovely walk to and from other places. Also, it's only 10 mins walk to an area called Tenjinbashi with shops and some great food restaurants. The staff are of great help; they're all super nice and helpful. They even sent us a message to tell us to take care since it might get cold. Very solicitous hosts for sure. The place is spotless and there's a view of the river in the front, so quite lovely and bright.

Just a 3-minute walk from Namba Subway Station, Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka offers studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi. The Residence features a fitness centre and a sauna.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I actually booked it a bit last minute and ended up re-booking it when we went back to Osaka as we had such a great first experience. First of all, the location is perfect, right next to Namba station, making it very easy for day trips (like Koyasan) or for exploring Osaka. It's 10 min walk to Dotonburi or Den Den town, with so many restaurants and animations in the area. The hotel is super clean and very modern. We had a little flat with a separate bedroom and a living room. There was a huge TV screen with netflix etc. The washing/drying machine was very useful! We didn't cook but there was also everything needed in the kitchen area. Reception is open 24/7. There is a gym and a sauna (which we didn't use). Room was quiet and cosy and a great place to come back to after exploring. Really recommend it!

The room is very clean and spacious, especially with the considerable of it being located in Osaka. Staffs were friendly and helpful, and can converse well in English. I will definitely return when I visit Osaka again in the future.

Lovely and very helpful staff, comfortable rooms with a well equipped bathroom. Very good breakfast selection and great quality of food. Super close to the beating heart of Osaka so restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are never far away. Close to the major subway connections as well. This was by far our best stay we had in Japan.

Lounge area to relax on ground floor with stylish furniture and free tea and coffee. Bedroom and shower really spacious and bright. Shower was amazing. A room for guest do laundry, relax,make a hot drink and use a fragrance was a great touch. Cleaned room really well when requested.
