What an amazing place. So happy we chose Bistare Kana - we stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The property is clean and very well kept, the shared bathrooms were always spotless and we never had to wait for a shower. The shared dining and lounge area was charming with a fire on every afternoon when we got back from skiing making a warm welcoming atmosphere. The best thing, though, was the host - Yama-san - who every morning would give us a weather report, and in the morning offer lifts to Annupurri. Yama-san's kindness and genunine desire for his guests to have a good time shone through and really made the week for us. The bus stop for the Niseko United shuttle (included in the All-mountain pass) was 100m from the front door and always ran on time, so getting between the resorts was incredibly easy. And the food was incredible! Fantastic healthy breakfasts every morning, and for the nights we booked to eat dinner at Bistare Kana (we ate 4/8 nights!) we had a delicious nepalese curry (vegetarian options were available). Cannot reccommend highly enough, and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Annupuri Ski resort. Very similar to hostels in Switzerland. Great western breakfast. Super friendly staff.

Annapuri Oasis was absolutely amazing. The Annapuri area is the best area to experince the "skibum" lifestyle and a overall more down to earth vibes. The staff was amazing here and you get to meet so many nice and interesting people. This breakfast was great every day and the help was amazing. Overall an amazing experince and reccomend it for anyone who wants to get away from the tourist area and experience Niseko more authentically.

Full on ski in ski out. Incredibly diverse dinner and breakfast buffet although just having dinner there once or max twice is plenty enough as there are other places around. Easy parking lot, great rooms that all have a view. Quiet dark comfortable well equipped... honestly that was such a great experience. The staff was very helpful too. They made bento boxes for us when we asked and helped with a delayed yamato luggage.

Super friendly staff with relaxed atmosphere and great location. Venue is relatively new (2018) and has been maintained very well. Free soft drinks, coffee and ammenities tops it off. Thanks for a great stay.

The completely non-smoking Milky House is just 200 metres from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort, where there is a direct bus stop from Chitose Airport.

We had a wonderful one week stay at Milky House. Milky’s is in a great location just a short walk from the Annipuri slopes. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Max, Jack, Sophie and Gloria recommended great bars, restaurants and areas to ski - which was very kind of them. The beds are very comfy and although the showers are on the ground floor they are clean and hot and we got used to going downstairs very quickly. The food at Milky House is delicious with a buffet and hot option for breakfast and a three course meal for dinner. Gurung very kindly collected us from the station when we arrived and from Hirafu when we went out for dinner. Serena, is always there to answer any questions and was very flexible when we made changes to our dinner reservations. We had a great stay and hope to come back again! Thank you Milky House team!

Everything was great! Nice, comfortable rooms with plenty of space. And we could see Mount Yotei from our window :) The breakfast was good with big variety of food. We also enjoyed the dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful and organized perfect transfers for us on check-in and check-out days. We appreciate their care very much! We also were happy to enjoy hot springs located at the hotel premises after active skiing days. Hotel has modern design and everything is made in Japanese style – with the focus on the quality to all small details. I strongly recommend this hotel!
