The hotel is pretty new and quite near to the international shopping street where you need to do your shoppings.

The location was super close to Kokusaidori, the monorail, and a few of our planned activities. The owners were very kind and responded to my messages promptly. The room was very clean and spacious. The park next to the room was very nice to walk around, and the park cats were so cute!

Jacuzzi is nice, bathrooms in rooms are roomy, water pressure is great, water dispenser on each level to fill up water bottle or pitcher provided in room, free amenities placed in room, free luggage storage, staff helped with bringing bags up to room when we struggled (we had a party of 5 and we had several other bags to hold), about 10 minute walk to Yuirail station, close to Kokusai dori street to go shopping

The room size is really big, we could easily open our two suitcase in the room without any inconvenience. The location is close to Kokusai Tori and we found some nice restaurants nearby.
