This is a fantastic property beyond expectations! welcome drink and guest lounges are incredibly nice treats for the guests. The service is impeccable. Everything is so clean and well-maintained. The amenities include items made from bamboo powder, so the hotel is moving towards sustainability. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come in Kyoto again.

We really liked the location of the hotel. A Family Mart, Starbucks, JR Station and a beautiful park next door. The hotel itself is very stylish and the staff was always friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was very clean, beautiful with an awesome view. We can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was so Beautiful. Staff were very friendly, helpful and all spoke amazing English :). The breakfasts were delicious - you have a choice for 4 types. We used the private onsen which was very relaxing. The location of the hotel was perfect

Lovely room, kids were on futons which they found comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good. Staff were lovely and very helpful, especially when we had lost something on the local bus (it was returned!). Location was convenient for all of Kyoto but neither near Kyoto tower / station or Gion (sort of in the middle). Ok if you're happy to walk or manage on transport which we easily did.
