We had an absolutely wonderful two-day stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They kindly upgraded our room and offered access to the executive lounge at a very reasonable price, which truly enhanced our experience. Our corner room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and the city—an unforgettable sight, especially during sunrise! The food was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. We also enjoyed the executive lounge, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We had so much fun and felt very well taken care of. the building was great, the room very clean, maybe a bit small because we had 4 medium size luggages, we enjoyed the channels and had coffee for free. also took the pajamas that the hotel offers. the facilities were satisfying!

Masaru was an exceptional host, always eager to make sure we were comfortable. He even drove us to a lookout at the top of a mountain that provided a great view of Osaka and Kobe. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the things we needed for our 4 night stay. Kobe is very close to Himeji Castle, an absolute must see in Japan.
