Location and convenience, child-friendly and senior-friendly. The hotel is directly connected to 3 malls (LaLaport 1-3) which makes shopping and dining super convenient, especially when the weather is bad. The big stores like Daiso, Uniqlo, Muji, Hands, etc are all there. It is also directly connected to the train station at basement 1, which is your gateway to basically the entire Tokyo. Disneyland/ Disneysea was a quick 20-30 minute train ride, Kidzania and Teamlab Planets were walking distance from hotel. Going to and from the airport was a breeze, since the hotel is a few steps away from the bus station. There is an affordable and convenient airport shuttle bus (to both haneda and narita airports). Lastly, there is a nearby park with a fabulous playground for the kids. My daughter played in the park for a few hours each morning and late afternoon. You could also see local kids and preschoolers enjoy the park in the morning. All in all, this is a good choice if you have small kids and don't necessarily want to stay in the middle of the concrete jungle that is Tokyo. Also a good choice if traveling with oldies since they can spend the entire time in the area and have lots to do.

The room with a bay view was heavenly. We also managed to see Mr Fuji clearly in the distance. The breakfast was scrumptious. The Onsen as well as the surrounding facilities provided beautiful views of the bay.

Honestly it might be the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Great facilities, a lot of privacy in the dorms, everything is super clean, the common area is big and comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and all of the staff members are very kind and helpful. The location is good, a little bit further away from the centre but you can still easily get everywhere on public transport. I had an exceptional stay!
