Amazing staff, so helpful! Also, very cute place with an amazing back garden, with a restaurant on it! The beds were comfortable and also super good.

Wonderful apartment in the Amman downtown, very close to Citadel, Roman Theater. It is in adjacent building to hotel and has a small balcony, very convenient for smokers. The breakfast on the hotel's roof terrace was excellent. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Very clean, a lot of hot water, WI was excellent. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

Excellent Customer service. Especially ,Marwan, Ahmed and Osaman. Few days before arrival I was already being asked if there was any needs that they can help me with. Also regarding the SPA, Sauna and Jacuzzi (which came free with my booking), it closes at 10pm, but they kept it late for us as we were running a couple of hours late. Also prepared breakfast earlier than normal time for us because we were leaving for Petra early that day. they offered us boxed breakfast or breakfast in the dining area.
