The rooms were so great, I was really surprised that a single room could be so spacious and welcoming. The staff were fantastic and the attention to detail was excellent.

It was like a breath of fresh air in Venice, where most of the properties are old-school and would require improvement

Very beautiful hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was really nice: a lot of dishes, snacks and sweets, good coffee and prosecco.
There was really clean, the towels were changed every day.
The place was quiet, all the main attractions were nearby. We had a wonderful time in this palazzo.

The apartment was excellent. It is better than what it looks in the pictures. It is very spacious, modern and the room size was very big. Bathrooms are very clean and water pressure is superb and it has a rain shower head plus it has a bidet. Kitchen equipment is first rate with very good stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer and laundry machine.
Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Also the water taxi can stop directly by the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have luggage.
The staff were very helpful, communicative and quick response.
