Hassle free management, The room was simple and had everything you need for a family to stay. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels given. We never had any trouble or complains regarding anything staying there. The staff was kind and sweet. Easy accessibility to food, shopping, attractions and very safe location.

This hotel is very cozy and nice, and you feel it once you arrive, feels like home! Everything is so neat and stylish. The room looks brand new, so every time you come back after promenade you feel super comfortable. The staff is super friendly - from guys who welcome and check you in to amazing women who serve the breakfast. When we arrived there was a guy named Umberto - such a nice Italian man who welcomed us so warmly and recommended a lot of amazing tasty restaurants. On my Birthday they surprised me and presented me a cake while we were having breakfast. It was super nice! By the way, as to the breakfast - it was quite good and tasty. If you’ve been to Europe before, you know that a typical European breakfast is not smth really special, but I guess that this hotel has a pretty nice choice. Location is just amazing! It’s only 10 mins walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps; the Colosseum is a bit further, but trust me you can walk there, especially with coffee&meal stops, so you’ll not get tired. We didn’t use any public transport at all. And one more important thing- the hotel is kind of hidden in the narrow street, so it’s not noisy, that’s a great bonus I guess. So, I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. Many many thanks to the guys who work there, you’re making this place special.

About 10 minutes walk to the metro and there’s a bus stop nearby. Very close to some spots on foot. Big living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Anthony was very kindly to help with the information in need and responded immediately.

I was enchanted by my recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly beautiful and well decorated, with flooring that looked like something out of a design magazine. The quietness and comfort of the rooms were amazing, thanks to their soundproofing. The beds were so comfortable, with aloe vera pillows that made my sleep truly rejuvenating.

That’s one of my top 2 fav hotels in Roma. Just love it.My room had a great view in 3 directions. 501 room is simply the best. The stuff is very helpfull. I would only have good memories from this place.And would love to come back again:)
