Everything was amazing, the room, the bed, THE BREAKFAST, the host - Renata was amazing. Also the cleaning lady, I have stayed in many places but has never encountered a room so thoroughly clean, and she was cleaning it like this every day! Th elocation is also great, close to Vatican, close to many shops and restaurants but in a very quiet street.

The location was quiet and pleasant, and close to the Metro and the Vatican. The apartment was well appointed, comfortable, secure and accessible. The breakfast trolley was generous so we even had food for snacks later in the day.

Accomodation was great - room with bathroom, coffee machine and mini fridge. In front of the room is common area with kitchen. It was cleaned every day and in general evwrything eas clean. For two of us it was spacious enough. Room was cozy as the rest of the apartment area. In apartment area there are 3 rooms with the common kitchen area so it is suitable for bigger groups as well. Even we had one room we did not hear other guests. Communication with owner was easy.
Apartment is located 8 to10 minites light walk from Vatican city and 30 minites light walk from Piazza del popolo and suraunding sites. Area look really safe and we enjoy the walk.
Accomodation is on 3rd floor but building has a lift, so it is easy to access. The location is in big street, which was not noisy. Metro station Ottaviano is 20 m from the apartment. In area there are a lot of coffee shops and restairants.

The size of the room and the bathroom were huge by normal European standards. They were impeccably cleaned and restocked every day, and the location was excellent for both sights and eating and drinking. We were able to go everywhere and do everything 100% on foot.

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent B&B in a beautiful building in one of Rome's best neighbourhoods. Our room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking a courtyard, was quiet, very clean and even provided slippers. The breakfast buffet was generous and we loved the fact that we could indicate in advance which hot drinks and foods (croissants, omelettes et cetera) we liked to have. The nice man who ran the breakfast service on most days even offered us extra drinks on the spot.
The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Rome and even for luxury shopping if that's what you're coming for. Another brilliant feature as that the stop where you can board the bus to Fiumicino Airport is very near, so no need to travel to the Termini Station first. The Residenza also offers a paid shuttle service to and from the airport.
