Super friendly staff beginning from phone call to confirm my arrival and upon arrival. Cute room with high ceilings, air con, very clean, comfy bed, great shower pressure, lovely complimentary treats, coffee machine and tasty fresh pastries left in a basket in front of my door in the morning. Would happily stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, happy to assist with any question or need. Room and hotel were very clean, and the hotel looks new or renovated. Location was excellent, within walking distance to most main attractions, and close enough to main train station (Termini) and metro station.
