The location was ideal for a stay in Perugia. Very central but quiet.
My room was very comfortable and clean.
The ambience was warm and I enjoyed the artwork, the delicious breakfast and cappuccinos, and the warm welcome and assistance from the family. Michele talked me into going to Assisi (no regrets), gave me other recommendations and was a delight to converse with!

This was luxury at an economy price. Huge, well lit room, super comfy bed, spacious bathroom with wonderful rain shower head, excellent finishings. The location was close to everything.
