The accommodation was very pleasant. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, in the kitchen necessary utensils and basic food. A small snack is prepared for guests. In the bathroom also the necessary cosmetics and slippers. Location right next to the direct bus line ST1 to the center of Venice. The host was very helpful. Thanks a lot.

Spotless, fresh-smelling, bright & cosy, well-equipped flat. Shop is 2 mins walk away, bus stop similarly, just a minute from the apartment. The area is nice & quiet.
As for the host, Silvia was very helpful and friendly. She was always at the other end of the phone if/when I needed assistance.
I had a very enjoyable stay.

this was a stop over hotel after a long day travelling, it was clean and the staff were friendly! when we arrived we were really hungry and didn’t expect much with it being a smart hotel however the restaurant food was amazing! we couldn’t believe how tasty the food was!

We loved breakfast and the little garden where you could sit and eat was amazing. It's so incredible that they've managed to create such a magical oasis right next to such a busy main road. It really feels like you're in a different world here. Also super baby friendly, our baby loved playing with the little rocks and watching the fish in the pond. And I loved the natural shade for parking made out of leaves. What an ecological dream.

Highly recommended. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious modern shower. A fabulous breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room. Great but very quiet location, close to the S. Angelo Vaporetto stop and just a few minutes from the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The staff was polite and helpfull.

Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.
