The hotel is clean, the staff so friendly and welcoming, they helped with a good restaurants to eat. from the street to the elevator you have little stairs to climb but not so hard. close to everything. we stayed 2 nights - a family with a child. I recommend for staying, is baby friendly.

The location is fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and as our room was ready to use we were able to go straight in. We were offered drinks when we arrived. For our included breakfast we were able to get a cooked breakfast plus other food … croissants, bread, cakes and juices. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout allowing us to enjoy more of Firenze.

Fantastic stay, brilliant location with all the key tourist spots a walkable distance from the property. The room was tastefully done, very modern and comfortable.
