Prompt response from staff, even if it's remote assistance. A supermarket nearby, can buy fruit and refreshment. I got off train from Como San Giovanni to the suite which takes around 10 mins by walk, some stairs on the route. It's extremely convenient to take the key. Clear instructions from staff. The instructions was sent the day before so that you don't need to worry about how to get access to the property.

Everything was truly amazing, we couldn’t enjoy this apartment more! Everything was super clean and tidy, apartment is really big and in the heart of the centre, close to the train station and also to the lake. Violetta was very kind and did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

Great location, a few minutes walk down from the train Station and the same to the Duomo. Recently redone so everything was nice and new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms have a good shower with robes and slippers provided.
