Superb property - very neat and very very clean. On a serious note i really don’t like to spend many days at one location due to untidy spaces but trust me this places was super clean and beds and pillows were super clean. No shoes were allowed inside the property and the breakfast was just awesome. Aashiq was equally an awesome and super supporting guy. Do meet him once you are there

Nice place, very clean and comfortable and only 2km from mainly bus station and 3 km from boat tour Dal Lake! Ali and his family was ready help me for everything, - some tour, change money, book taxi or gym, really for everything for good price!!!It was great time Thank you very much! I come back! The warm welcome from the owner and family,
The location and the surrounding environment,
The bedroom beautifully conceived with walls out of wood, cupboard, sofa, small table, very comfortable bed (even with bedsheet, not always easy to find in Kashmir). Side night tables with lamps.
Wifi perfect, AC, fan, TV
Bathroom very clean and practical
The possibilty to have meals from the garden they grow...

Both brothers (Nasir bhai and Amir bhai) were very helpfull, decent and caring as well, it was a pleasant staying experience of 4 days for me and my wife.
Hot water, Hot cofee, Hot tea always reached within 10 mins after ordering that was an excellent service provided by them as well.
Food was also affordable and delicious, Geyser and bed heater service was also impressive in such low electric region, which is also appreciable.
They also used to book cabs for us at reasonable rate.
Overall highly appreciable service provided by them, which is really speechless.
I will definitely refer my friends and families to stay at HB New world.
