The property was ok however there were communication issues as they gave family room with 2 beds for five adults, no extra bed was placed as payment was for 5 adults… Only 2 coffee mugs was provided, Kettle was not given in the room… There lift was broken on the day… Breakfast was late but was nice

The stay exceeded expectations. The property is neat, comfortable and offers good food. The real highlight is the team – polite, attentive and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make guests feel special. The traditional welcome on arrival and the farewell gifts at checkout added a personal touch that made the experience memorable.
