Angelica from reception very helpful and profesional and Adrian from the restaurant was very friendly, nice and educated. A pleasure to meet people like them during holidays. The location was great, with a walkable distance to the city, one straight shot without any turns, and very easy to find your way. Communication through chat was quick and helpful. The room was clean and provided a coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, a little oven, and a fridge. Private shower and toilet as well. There's also a little supermarket close by. I've seen mixed reviews, but this place was honestly better than I expected after reading those reviews. Sure, it's a tiny space, and it's not really a room for lounging in, but it's a great little spot that'll give you a roof and a bed for a decent price close to the city center.

we booked for an ireland rugby match. if the hotel was any closer to the Aviva it would have to be on the pitch. amazing to just walk into the hotel after the match and watch the crowds pass by while sipping a drink from the honesty bar. Breakfast was top notch. charming interior matching the feel of the late Victorian exterior.

Immaculate room and ensuite. Bed was very comfortable. It had everything I needed. The place was easy to find and check in was straightforward. Parking is available on the street outside. Shops and places to eat nearby.
