Our entire stay at the hotel was perfect, from arrival to the last day. The hotel is perfectly positioned right next to the beach, with a large garden full of palm trees and tropical plants and a large infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean and direct access to the beach and ocean with the possibility of surfing (or at least watching others surf). The entire complex is carefully maintained and is in line with Bali culture while on the other hand providing all the amenities of modern times. The service at the hotel is excellent, personalized. From the first day, the staff remembers the names of the guests and approaches them with a smile and tries to fulfill all their needs. We are especially grateful to Nika and Utama who made our stay especially pleasant from breakfast to spending time by the pool. The hotel is located in the center of Seminyak and is within walking distance of the best restaurants and exciting shopping (very convenient). The hotel also provides a transfer service to and from the airport as well as organizing excursions (through an agency) or tailor-made excursions according to the wishes of the guests with a private driver. Here I must highlight and praise the customer service person who took care of us from the first day and took over the organization and coordination of all our wishes. Wonderful Uma is a person from whom many other hotels should learn how to treat guests! Uma was available even when she had a day off and was our guardian angel! many thanks for all the days and dedication she showed. The hotel offers a spa and gym (although the gym is a bit too air-conditioned and cold), a couple of restaurants, one of which has a wonderful view of the beach and an unforgettable sunset. also a perfectly positioned hall for smaller weddings or private parties located above the ocean creates dream scenes. Seminyak beach resort and spa is a hotel that I would choose again for my accommodation.

One of the best hotels in Bali. Perfect location - superior service - amazing rooms and surrounding gardens - directly at a perfect part of the beach.

This villa was truly the cherry on top of our Bali adventure. After staying in some wonderful accommodations during our trip, MassBro Villa completely blew us away. The only downside? It's so stunning you won't want to leave! 😁 The villa's design is exceptional. Every corner is special, and your eye constantly catches beautiful decorations. They've paid more attention to detail than we have in our own homes! The villa has absolutely everything you could need and more. We were delighted by the fully stocked fridge and the most delicious handmade chocolates we're still dreaming about. We regret not staying longer to experience everything they offer – the private chef dinner and barbecue definitely caught our eye, and we'll certainly be back for that! Breakfast was also a delightful surprise. We didn't expect to have private cooks preparing a fresh meal for us on the spot. A big thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality and for elevating everything to such a high level. We highly recommend MassBro Villa for an unforgettable stay in Seminyak!

The pool was really good bigger than expected with plenty of sun beds. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A really good breakfast with lots of choices was provided. They even prepared a packed breakfast on our last day as we had to leave early to get our flight.

Location is very good. The staff is awesome they are realy kind. Also the rooms and the pool great. The breakfast options are realy perfect and delicious. If ı will come to seminyag again, I will definitely stay in here. Thank you guys for everything
