Special mention to sweetest and most polite Pina at Rimba. This was our first time in Bali and arrived at Ayana resort late at night. Our stay at Ayana Resort has been absolutely fantastic. The resort is beautiful (one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited - we’ve been to many 5 stars hotels), it has many restaurants and pools, and the staff is just so kind and helpful. We were a little scared to eat/drink but the place is clinical! No stomach ache and we could eat and drink whatever we wanted (raw fish/ice cubes/fresh fruit etc.). Last but not least, gym facilities were above our expectations.

The private villa was amazing! It was really cozy and beautifully designed. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was so good! Every time we asked for extra things or tweaks for the menu, they didn’t hesitate or ask for extra fees.
