During my last day, Nova is so helpful. He also smiles a lot! But not only him, everyone in this hotel is GREAT!!

They also provide local food, even though... the taste... is not that local.... *sad*
But I appreciate it, for the martabak and pisgor~ But again, I wish for more authentic taste. Like those street stalls....
The cleaners are also SUPERB! OMG! They help me to fold my pajamas too! Please, if the big boss of this hotel reads this, raise his salary! In fact, please raise all of their salary! Overall, I really enjoy it here! Will come back again if I have another business trip!

The hotel and service were incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

This hotel is coveniently located on the main road leading to National Monument and to skyscraper with the observatory on the 99th floor. The hotel is also connected to the Indonesia mall which was also super convenient. The room on the 15th floor was super tidy and spacious, we also had a nice view of the roundabout and the fountain on the road! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food offered. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Highly recommended stay!
