The St. Regis Hong Kong truly has a staff that goes above and beyond, treating their tenants like royalty. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

We loved the staff,they were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Mr Paul Chan (Concierge Supervisor). From the moment we stepped in,Paul made us feel at home giving us good advice and being of service in English and Spanish. The room and the facilities were nice and comfortable. The location was also on point. For us people are important because they make us feel the connection with places we visit more than anything else, that's why Mr Paul Chan made our stay in the hotel more valuable.
