Location is great, close to MTR, you can travel to every place in the city in less than an hour. Promenade is just around the corner. Lots of place to eat (including Starbucks and 7-11) are located near the hotel. Great stuff, very friendly and helpful. Last day it was heavy rain, the stuff provides us with umbrellas. Cleaning in the rooms is also at the top level. At the end of the day, it is marvelous place to stay in HK. Would like to stay here again.

The twin room had more space than we expected for a place in Hong Kong. We are able to comfortably have 3 luggages in the room with lots of space to still move around and get ready. Service at the front desk was very seamless and the staff was very helpful. It was very convenient that we could store luggage after check out since our flights were later in the day. The lobby was a very nice space and comfortable to use, along with the complimentary water, tea, and drinks. The location was easy to find and it was located in a good residential area close to some nice Sheung Wan coffee shops and restaurants.

Location is a 5 min walk from Sheung Wan MTR. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be better to just get a taxi from HK Airport Express Station (one stop away from Sheung Wan MTR) which should be costing you less than HKD50. Once all that is settled, the location of the hotel is super convenient with a very nice combination of local vibes and fusion influence.

it is central with the tram line just downstairs. super convenient. it has two exits so the back door leads towards numerous shops. I stayed at the North tower and the harbour view was magnificent. loved that it had a built in washing machine included. microwave included. definitely choose to stay here again. staff at reception was very helpful and friendly.

Staff were very helpful, room was modern and enjoyed that there was cleaning every day. Location is good as it’s near plenty of stations and there’s loads of restaurants and small stores nearby. Would stay again!
