This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything Perfect! The breakfast is amazing, with fresh juices, many fruit options, delicious bread, yogurt, and Chinese and Western dishes. The atmosphere is welcome, smells great, the bedsheets are soft and smell great. And just across the street is a great shopping mall with great sales, affordable prices, and a big cinema. We loved it.

Renovation work is taking place from Aug 2025 to February 2026 daily. The Club Lounge, rooftop pool and fitness center are under renovation.

I’m very love this hotel the staffs are very friendly and good location. If I will go to HongKong , actually stay here again. But I think that if toilet has bidet shower it is excellent .
