Aside from the wonderful location, the hotel staff is like no other. Extremely kind and helpful. Ricardo Esteves, the manager at the desk, was extraordinary. He not only helped us during our stay but he offered us help with our reservations at the Washington DC sister hotel (Dupont Circle). The atmosphere at the bar is very nice. You really feel at home.

The location was great. Just a few meters from the subway. staffs were great to help us with keeping luggage while we waited for our room to get ready. The sparkling water dispenser in the lobby was great and now we have to purchase one for our home.
